Refund policy
SummaryJade Proxies credits refunds back to your account balance, where they never expire. Residential and rotating-mobile plans qualify within 72 hours of purchase if less than 20% of the traffic and no more than 1 GB was used; dedicated ports qualify within 24 hours of delivery, or 2 hours for a 1-day port.
When can you get a refund?
The Jade Proxies refund rule is:
Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.
The table summarises the rule by case; where the two differ, the wording above prevails.

How are refunds paid?
Refunds are credited to your Jade Proxies balance, where they never expire, and are available at once for your next order. Where the law requires a payment back, we send it to an address you give us, in the same coin and on the same network you used; support confirms the exact amount before sending it.
How do you request a refund?
Email [email protected] with:
- Your account number.
- The exact amount and time of the top-up.
- The product and the problem, in a few words.
We reply within 12 hours, 7 days a week. We never ask for ID to process a refund.
When is no refund due?
A refund is not due in these cases:
- The request comes after the refund window, or the usage limit was exceeded.
- The account was suspended or terminated for a breach of the acceptable use policy or the terms of service.
- A target website blocks or limits traffic. Blocked targets such as banks, government portals and payment portals are also excluded.
- Crypto was sent to a wrong address, or on a wrong network that we cannot access.
What if you sent too much or too little crypto?
If you sent more than the invoice, contact support with the amount and time of the top-up, and the extra amount is added to your balance. If you sent less, we can credit the amount received to your balance.
How can you test before a larger order?
A small test is the simplest way to avoid needing a refund. The 1 GB residential plan costs $1.50 and a one-day mobile port costs $3 in South and Southeast Asia, both paid from the $25 minimum top-up. Every plan is on the pricing page.
