Privacy policy

SummaryJade Proxies stores as little personal data as possible: an account number, an optional email address, payment records and the usage data needed for billing, never ID documents, phone numbers or card details. The public pages of jadeproxies.com set no cookies and run no JavaScript or analytics.

Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates Jade Proxies and jadeproxies.com. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

What principle does this policy follow?

This policy follows data minimisation: we collect only what we need to sell, deliver and protect the service, and nothing "just in case". This is why Jade Proxies runs no identity checks: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. The no-KYC proxy guide explains the model.

What data do we collect?

We collect six kinds of data:

  • Account number: created at checkout. It is your login.
  • Email address (optional): only if you add one, for receipts and account recovery.
  • Payment data: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction hash. Public blockchains show the sending address; we do not ask who owns it.
  • Usage data: traffic volume per account, active ports and sessions, for billing and your dashboard.
  • Connection records: no logs of request content, full URLs or page data; connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) kept up to 30 days for abuse and billing, then deleted.
  • Support messages: what you send us by email.

What data do we never collect?

We never ask for:

  • Passports, ID cards, driving licences or selfies.
  • Phone numbers.
  • Home addresses.
  • Card or bank account details.
  • Company registration documents.

If someone asks you for these in the name of Jade Proxies, it is not us.

How long do we keep data?

Each kind of data has its own retention period:

DataPurposeRetention
Account numberLogin and order historyWhile the account exists
Email address (optional)Receipts and recoveryUntil you remove it or delete the account
Payment records (coin, amount, transaction hash)Order matching, refunds, accountingAs long as US and Delaware accounting rules require
Traffic usage per accountBilling and dashboardWhile the account exists
Connection recordsAbuse reports and billing disputesUp to 30 days, then deleted
Abuse reports and related recordsInvestigating reported abuseUntil the case is closed, then as the law requires
Support emailsAnswering your requestUntil the request is resolved, then a limited period for follow-up

Our upstream partner networks may keep their own technical records. We do not claim a zero-logs service.

How do we use data?

We use data to deliver proxies, count traffic, match payments, process refunds, answer support requests and handle abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who do we share data with?

We share data only when needed:

  • With partner networks, to route your traffic. They receive technical data, not your email.
  • With competent authorities, when a valid legal request applies under the law of the State of Delaware or US federal law. We can only provide the data we hold, as listed above.
  • With service providers that host our systems, under confidentiality duties.

Does jadeproxies.com use cookies or tracking?

The public pages of jadeproxies.com set no cookies and run no JavaScript or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. The customer dashboard under /app/ uses a session cookie to keep you logged in; we use no advertising cookies.

What are your rights?

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data linked to your account. Send the request to [email protected] with your account number; we reply within 12 hours, 7 days a week. Some payment records must be kept for accounting, even after an account is deleted.

How does this policy change?

We publish every new version of this policy on this page. This version is dated 29 October 2026. The terms of service and the acceptable use policy also apply.
