How are the providers ranked?

Each provider is scored on four yes-or-no criteria that change what an Asian residential GB really costs, then ordered by score and, within a score, by the price of 10 GB of city-targeted traffic:

  1. City targeting at no surcharge in Asian countries.
  2. Traffic that never expires: prepaid, with no monthly reset.
  3. No KYC required of every customer, as stated on the provider's pages; "not stated" and conflicting statements do not count.
  4. Crypto accepted as a payment method.

Speed, success rate and pool size are not scored, because no source we hold measures them for all nine providers on the same Asian targets.

Why is each provider ranked where it is?

Each entry gives the use case it serves best, its dated price and the condition that cost it a criterion:

  1. Jade Proxies: best for Asia-only scraping, SERP and ad checks paid in crypto. $1.50 for 1 GB, $0.66/GB at 10 GB and $0.50/GB from 100 GB, the same in all 13 countries; traffic never expires; no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Real limits: Asia only, with mainland China not sold; crypto only; a $25 minimum top-up; sticky sessions capped at 30 minutes; city availability that varies; no published IP counts or third-party benchmarks.
  2. ProxyWing: best for one city-targeted GB. $2.50 at 1 GB, $2.13 at 10 GB and $1.50 at 1 TB, city targeting with "no surcharge", non-expiring traffic, "No KYC, instant start" and crypto. Its list of Asian countries was outside our reading.
  3. DataImpulse: best for country-level work. A $1.00/GB base rate ($0.80 at 1 TB), traffic that never expires and crypto; its documentation bills city-targeted traffic at double the standard rate and says it cannot guarantee a specific city. The minimum is 5 GB.
  4. Rayobyte: best for prepaid terabytes. $3.50/GB at 1 and 10 GB, $2.00 at 50 and 100 GB and $0.70 at 1 TB on pay-as-you-go traffic that does not expire; KYC applies on unusual use. Crypto is not stated on the pages read.
  5. IPRoyal: best for buyers who want published city lists. It lists 423 cities for India, 173 for Thailand and 125 for Indonesia, and its traffic never expires. 1 GB costs $7.35 and 10 GB $5.51/GB, with no public price between 10 GB and 10 TB; its KYC statements conflict.
  6. Webshare: best for card payers on steady monthly volume. $3.50 at 1 GB down to $2.25 at 100 GB, shown as discounts from a $7.00/GB list price; traffic resets every month with no rollover, and crypto is not accepted.
  7. Decodo: best for global reach with crypto. $4.00 for 1 GB pay-as-you-go, then monthly plans from $3.50/GB at 10 GB to $2.00/GB at 1 TB that end with the billing cycle; city targeting "at no extra charge" and prefecture-level targeting in Japan (Japan page, read 5 October 2026).
  8. Geonode: best for the lowest subscription rates. $0.79/GB at 10 GB down to $0.50/GB at 1 TB on monthly plans that roll over only until you cancel; city targeting "when matching IPs are available"; a government ID or business registration for every account.
  9. Oxylabs: best for companies that need global coverage and accept KYC. $6.00/GB at 1 GB down to $2.50/GB at 1 TB on monthly plans, a $30 smallest purchase for 5 GB (read 13 October 2026), and a KYC questionnaire for every customer. It lists 195 locations with state and ZIP targeting (read 5 October 2026).

Which providers were read but not ranked?

Five more providers appear in our 13 October 2026 reading of East Asian offers but had no same-day price by volume, so they are not ranked: NodeMaven, SOAX, Shifter, Databay Flex and Bright Data, whose residential pricing page was not read. Their entry prices, expiry and identity rules are in the provider comparison table.

Two exclusions are deliberate: NetNut, whose website displayed an FBI seizure notice when we read it on 5 October 2026, and every brand named in Google's January 2026 IPIDEA disruption.

How was this ranking built?

  • Sources: each provider's own pricing, documentation and KYC pages, read without logging in on 18 October 2026; entry purchases and coverage from readings on 13 and 5 October 2026 where stated.
  • Prices: public self-service prices before tax; the city rate where a provider charges extra for city targeting; coupons and first-order discounts left out.
  • Not measured: speed, success rate, uptime and pool size. Vendor IP counts are country totals over time, not devices online.
  • Disclosure: Jade Proxies wrote this ranking and ranks first on criteria that match its own model: prepaid traffic, crypto and no KYC. A buyer who weighs global coverage, card payment or third-party benchmarks will place Oxylabs and Decodo higher; the cheap vs premium comparison covers that trade-off.

The full price series by volume is in the Asia residential proxy price index; our own plans are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Jade Proxies ranked first?

It meets all four criteria and has the lowest 10 GB price in the sample, $0.66/GB. Jade Proxies publishes this ranking itself, so the criteria, dates and sources are listed on this page for anyone to check.

Which provider is best for Japanese IPs?

For prepaid, no-KYC Japanese residential traffic, Jade Proxies charges the same $0.66/GB at 10 GB as for any other country it sells. For prefecture- or ZIP-level targeting, Decodo and Oxylabs list finer options; the Japan residential proxy guide compares them.

Why is Bright Data not ranked?

Its residential pricing page could not be read on 13 October 2026, so no comparable price exists. Its documentation requires company KYC for Residential zones created after 7 July 2026 (read 5 October 2026), and Proxyway's 2026 market research reports that it discontinued its mobile proxy product in April 2026.

Does the ranking measure speed or success rate?

No. We hold no measurement that covers all nine providers on the same Asian targets, so the ranking uses published prices and conditions only. Test 1 GB on your own target before buying volume.

Which providers accept crypto and ask no KYC of every customer?

Among the eight read on 18 October 2026, ProxyWing ("No KYC") and DataImpulse (KYC on suspicion and for resellers) both accept crypto. Jade Proxies accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and LTC and asks for no ID at all.
