> These terms govern the purchase and use of Jade Proxies Asian residential and 4G/5G mobile proxies, sold by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). Your account is an account number, payment is in crypto only, use must follow the acceptable use policy, and the law of Delaware applies.

## Who are the parties to these terms?

These terms are an agreement between you and ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates the Jade Proxies service and the website jadeproxies.com. In these terms, "Jade Proxies", "we" and "us" mean that operator; "you" means the person or organisation that holds the account. The operator's team has been in the proxy business since 2019.

## What does the service include?

Jade Proxies provides access to proxy networks in 13 Asian countries:

- Residential proxies, billed per GB.
- Dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports, rented for 1, 7 or 30 days.
- Rotating 4G/5G mobile data, billed per GB.

The IPs are supplied through partner networks, as described on the [about page](https://jadeproxies.com/about/). Product details and prices are on the [pricing page](https://jadeproxies.com/pricing/), and the price shown at checkout applies to that order.

## How does your account work?

Your account is identified by an account number created at checkout. An email address is optional, and we run no identity checks.

You must keep your account number secret: anyone who has it can use your account. Without an email linked to your account, a lost account number cannot be recovered. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by sub-users.

## How do you pay?

Jade Proxies accepts crypto only: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and LTC (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20). Prices are set in US dollars, and the checkout converts the price into the coin you choose. Payments are credited to an account balance, with a minimum top-up of $25.

You must send the exact amount on the network shown at checkout, and you pay any network or exchange fees. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network.

## How are access and traffic delivered?

Access is delivered after the payment receives the required network confirmations. Residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires. A dedicated mobile port runs for the period you bought, counted from delivery, and its data is billed per day, not per GB, under fair use (the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use); dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; a port not delivered within 24 hours is credited back in full.

IP addresses are assigned by the partner networks and the carriers. We do not guarantee a specific IP, a specific number of IPs, a specific city, or that a given website will accept the traffic.

## What use is allowed?

You must follow the [acceptable use policy](https://jadeproxies.com/acceptable-use/), which lists allowed uses, forbidden uses, blocked targets and blocked ports. Banks, government portals and payment portals are blocked, and SMTP port 25 is blocked. You must not use the service if you are a sanctioned person or act for one; mainland China, North Korea and Iran are not sold; sanctioned countries and regions are blocked.

## When are refunds due?

Refunds follow the [refund policy](https://jadeproxies.com/refund-policy/). In short: within 72 hours, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work and that support cannot fix within 24 hours is credited back in full. Refunds are credited to your balance, where they never expire. No refund is due when an account is terminated for a breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy.

## When can an account be suspended or terminated?

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, and we may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation, or to protect the network. Where possible, we explain the reason.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product.

## Is the service guaranteed to be available?

No. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service: partner networks, carriers and target websites can change without notice.

## What is the limit of liability?

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or blocked accounts on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## How is your data handled?

We collect only the data needed to run the service. The [privacy policy](https://jadeproxies.com/privacy/) explains what we store, why, and for how long.

## Which law applies, and how do these terms change?

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; this version is dated 29 October 2026, and orders placed before a change follow the terms in force at the time of the order. Questions about these terms go to support@jadeproxies.com.
