# Acceptable use policy

> Jade Proxies proxies are for lawful work such as public-data scraping, price monitoring, SEO checks, ad verification, social media management and app geo-testing. No KYC does not mean no rules: bank, government and payment portals are blocked, SMTP port 25 is closed, and abuse leads to suspension or termination.

## What does this policy cover?

This policy applies to every Jade Proxies account, product and plan: residential proxies, dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports and rotating mobile data. It forms part of the [terms of service](https://jadeproxies.com/terms/), and the service is provided by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA).

By buying or using Jade Proxies proxies, you agree to this policy. You are also responsible for any sub-users you create under your account.

## What can you use Jade Proxies proxies for?

You may use Jade Proxies proxies for lawful activities, including:

- **Public-data scraping:** collecting publicly available web data in line with the law and the target's access rules.
- **Price monitoring:** checking prices and stock on Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Rakuten, Coupang, Flipkart and similar sites, as described in [proxies for Shopee and Lazada scraping](https://jadeproxies.com/best-proxy-for-shopee-lazada-scraping/).
- **SEO and SERP tracking:** checking rankings on Google, Naver and Yahoo! JAPAN from local IPs.
- **Ad verification and brand protection:** confirming that ads display correctly in each country and city, and finding misuse of your own brand.
- **Social media management:** managing accounts that belong to you or to your agency's clients, within each platform's rules.
- **App and website geo-testing:** testing local content, prices and language versions.
- **Privacy:** protecting your own IP address while browsing.

## Which uses are forbidden?

You must not use Jade Proxies proxies for any of the following:

1. Fraud, phishing, carding or any other financial crime.
2. Account takeover, credential stuffing or brute-force login attempts.
3. Account farming, fake engagement, or creating fake or bulk accounts.
4. Ban evasion, or bypassing a platform's suspension of your account.
5. SMS or phone verification services, or bypassing identity checks.
6. Bonus abuse, promotion abuse or affiliate fraud.
7. Ticket, sneaker or limited-stock scalping.
8. Spam, mass messaging or unsolicited email.
9. Denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning without permission, or malware distribution.
10. Access to illegal content, or any activity that breaks the law of your country or of the target's country.

You must not resell Jade Proxies access to people who break these rules, and you must not share your account number publicly.

## Which targets are blocked?

Some target categories are blocked for every account, whatever the use, and the gateway refuses requests to them:

- **Banks** and other financial institutions.
- **Government portals**, including tax, immigration and public-service sites.
- **Payment portals**, including payment gateways and online wallets.

We may add other domains to the block list to protect the network. A blocked request is not a fault of the service.

## Which ports are blocked?

SMTP port 25 is blocked on every Jade Proxies proxy, so no email can be sent through the network. We may block other ports that are used mainly for abuse.

## Which countries and persons are excluded?

Jade Proxies does not serve sanctioned jurisdictions or sanctioned persons. You must not buy or use the service if you are a sanctioned person or act for one, and you must not use it to send traffic to, or for the benefit of, sanctioned jurisdictions or persons. For exit IPs, mainland China, North Korea and Iran are not sold; sanctioned countries and regions are blocked.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we have reason to believe these rules apply. In that case, we may hold funds where the law requires it.

## What happens if you break this policy?

We review every abuse report, and when we confirm a breach we take one or more of these actions:

- Warn the account holder.
- Block a target or a port for the account.
- Suspend the account while we investigate.
- Terminate the account without refund.
- Cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires it.

We choose the action according to the severity of the breach; serious breaches, such as fraud, lead to immediate termination. Termination for a breach gives no right to a refund under the [refund policy](https://jadeproxies.com/refund-policy/).

## How do you report abuse?

Report abuse by email to abuse@jadeproxies.com, with:

- The IP address that sent the traffic.
- The exact date and time, with the time zone.
- The target domain or service.
- A short description and any logs.

How we handle the data in a report is explained in the [privacy policy](https://jadeproxies.com/privacy/).

## How does this policy change?

We update this policy to respond to new abuse patterns or legal requirements. This version is dated 29 October 2026. Plans and prices are on the [pricing page](https://jadeproxies.com/pricing/).
